Probably the best way would be to take an imperial settlement back from a non imperial source if possible. Can confirm that's the only way I managed to fulfill this quest requirement. Search encyclopedia for Empire castles -> Check which ones are not currently owned by a Imperial faction -> pick and conquer one of those -> Profit !
I go create my own kingdom: Clan menu. > Create Kingdom. > Choose Kingdom Culture. > Choose Kingdomâs Active Policies. > Create Kingdom Name. Then, I go check the âCreate a non-imperial kingdomâ quest objects page again and the âBe an independent clanâ box is now unchecked and says, âClan independence 0/1.â.
The âbe independent clanâ is not checked off when clearly at one point when I started my kingdom prior to the quest I was an independent clan. How to Reproduce: go through making a kingdom and recruit other Media post with issue clans then attempt to create non imperial kingdom through quest. Have you used cheats and if so which:none

Recruit. Apr 2, 2020. #1. I'm trying to go the Imperial route, but creating my own thing. I have all the objectives and I took a castle from the Khuzait. But it does not mark the "own an imperial settlement" box as complete. If i go to the Arzagos quest, it says "own a settlement" only and is marked as complete.
